Im a former guildie known to have pretty good heals for my gear. after i was kicked i learned my lesson by tryin to find a different guild which happend to be nihilium i left that guild shortly after i found out it was deserto. To sum things up my char is nothing without this guild

Everyone deserves a second chance, I vote yes, your good heals, yet need to be up to date on gear, other than that, Trial run.

I agree with Unholy, but mind you that I expect everyone not just you to at least attend 2-3 raids a week and stay for the duration of the raids, and every riders know that when asked to come help in a raid its because we need you - w/e you are doing or have going on, look on the schedule and let your friends or whoever know that you might get called in for a guild run raid, and if you have a problem with something or with someone, do not get mad and leave the guild, cause we usually and hate to bring people back, but since I known you and you were here for sometime I'll allow you to come back and you are a great healer, just prove to the officer's that you can do it. Whisper an officer for invite.

Am not to sure if you were pvping before u logged out but you need to get rid of the pvp items for it will not be helpful in ulduar or naxx. Were is the badge gear it would help u alot until u have got some better upgrades i will have to say denied.

Like I said Sono you need to show the officers you want to be here, so as the look of things when you come back into ROTH, start working on getting your badge gear and remember be active and show up to the raids. I am still going to improve you as I stated above for those reasons, so don't let me down.
