Gem in belt can be any gem does not need to be prismatic
Gem in Shoulder should be upgraded.

Conquest

Most of your upgrades can be bought with conquest, Just run heroics

Your talents spec if fine but i suggest u get rid of improved judgements and get improved blessing of might

Can get most of your upgrades in conquest gear like nofear said

get rid of the 4+ to all stats in your belt for it is usless to healers and i am looking at your rep list and it doesnt show sons of hodir u need to get rep for them besides that nofear named most of the upgrades you need


i will have to say denied till u get better gear for we are in ulduar and u are only in naxx 10 gear

Denied as well, try re-applying when you have followed these small procedures. The conquest gear helps a lot and you can face roll everything.
