For your Ret spec since that is the spec you are applying for:

Get the head, chest and shoulder enchant.

Re-gem everything with straight strength, or change your blue trinket since you are over the hit rating cap.

Get the belt buckle enchant that provides one extra socket to your belt

Socket your neck piece or buy the one from conquest badges.

Change your pvp bracers to: Vambraces of Unholy Command

Change your leggings to: Legplates of Relentless Onslaught

Try getting: Edge of Ruin from H ToC as well.

Also get: Plated Greaves of Providence

All four of those items are from H ToC 5 man and should be easy to get, Socket each with strength and enchant them and you are good to go.
