You need to get the tier 8, head and chest from badges.


I am pretty sure there is a nice dagger that drops from ToC 5 which is better then Knife of Incision.

Change your head and shoulder enchant.

Change your second trinket to something that is not pvp.

I am quite sure rogues use agility over attack power but you may want to find out on elitistjerks.com or some other trust worthy site.

Get a boot enchant.
