Will your time zone affect your attendance on raiding? its not so much my time zone, but its my dad, my only net is a verizon wireless air card that he uses for his business, but usually he gets home 5pm eastern or around that so i should be good, but there may be some days where i might not show up unexpectedly. dosent happen often but i will offer explanations of exactly what happened.
Do you have vent as well as headset/mic that you can use while playing? i have vent, and my mic is in my laptop. i don't always talk on vent, some times im in the zone with some fight music, but i will always be listening

(or want to leave) Fail GM kicked me because i said something to a non guildy and he bitched to the GM, i got a warning but never told who it was, so i said something to the same person again not knowing he QQed and they kicked me without even talking to me and did it while i wasnt even online

regarding the last 2 questions, i just got back to playing wow about a month ago after quitting in April to play warhammer online. the only guild ive been in since then was rocket science so i was limited to what they could clear. however i study every fight and refresh myself every so often on new fights, basically i dont go in unless i do my home work

PVP gloves because i like the stats on it to use temporarily (next emblem of triumph is pants, then i can get gloves)
enchant on chest missing cause im lazy (will get it, just need to get my crystals from someone)
working on getting a new trinket with hit to replace fail engineering trink (and i have been trying to replace this even before i original left in April but have yet to see anything drop)

and enchanting was put on hold to finish engineering, planing on starting up enchanting again soon now that i have some cash

The enchant on your legs is a bit out of date, bit since you are getting the new triumph ones just get the better one when you get those. Also please make sure you get epic gems in you pants because triumph gear will last a long time.

The hit trinket can be replaced via different heroics, not sure which though; or save your triumph badges again and get the one from there. The loot that drops in the raids is not given it is earned, so if you are going to be committed to the guild then please watch all the boss fights, understand them. Talk to Moosalot about ele shamans if you need help, read elitestjerks.com for rotations, etc. It is best to get that stuff out of the way first to put a good impression of yourself on the guild.
